Sequence complete
See who you reached, who accepted and who wrote back
Campaigns, leads and replies sit in one dashboard, so you can tell which notes work and who is waiting for an answer.
Find out whether it's the list or the note
Every campaign shows how many invites went out, how many were accepted and at which step people drop off. If acceptances are low, change the note. If people accept and never reply, change the follow-up.

You replied lastYou: Hi Sam, enjoyed your work at Cron — would love to connect.
Start with one of three sequences
Each one is a starting point. Change the wait times or the note, add steps, or build your own from scratch.
Warm sequence
Visit profile, wait a day, then connect.
Direct connect
Connect immediately — no visit or wait steps.
Connect + follow-up
Connect first, wait a few days, then send a follow-up message.
Set it up once, then leave it running
You need a LinkedIn account, a list of people and something worth saying to them.
- 01
Connect your LinkedIn
Log in through a live LinkedIn window in the dashboard. You type your password into LinkedIn itself; we only keep the session, encrypted.
- 02
Choose who to reach
Paste a LinkedIn people search or upload a CSV. Pick a sequence and write your note using {{firstName}} and {{company}}.
- 03
Press Start
Invites go out on weekdays between 9 and 6, minutes apart. Anyone who replies drops out of the sequence.

Questions people ask before signing up
Something else? Email us and a person will answer.
Is automating LinkedIn against the rules?
Yes. LinkedIn's User Agreement doesn't allow automation tools, and LinkedIn can restrict accounts that use them. We keep the risk low with small daily limits, sending only during your working hours, random gaps between actions and a dedicated IP for every account. Low isn't zero, though, and no tool can promise otherwise. Our terms spell out what that means for you.
How many invites does it send?
15 a day by default, which is where we recommend a new account starts. You can raise it to 50 once your account has a track record. LinkedIn also limits invites per week, so more than about 100 a week rarely pays off anyway.
Do you see or store my LinkedIn password?
No. You log in through a live LinkedIn window inside the dashboard, including any two-factor step. Once you're in, we keep the session cookie, encrypted, and nothing else. Disconnect the account and we delete it.
Does my laptop need to stay on?
No. Campaigns run on our servers. Close the tab and invites keep going out during your working hours.
What happens when someone replies?
They leave the sequence, so they never get a follow-up written for people who didn't answer. The conversation shows up in your ProspectLoop inbox.
Where do leads come from?
Paste a LinkedIn people search URL or upload a CSV. Sales Navigator import is on the roadmap but not available yet.
Can I run several LinkedIn accounts?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Each account gets its own IP, limits and working hours, and you switch between them from one login.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@prospectloop.io. Campaigns keep running until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Your first invites can go out tomorrow morning
Connect your account, paste a search and write your note. ProspectLoop handles the sending.
